Advisory Services

Pramen has been a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1995 and the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario since 1992. He has over 21 years of experience in public accountancy. Along with traditional accounting, audit, and tax services, his concentration is business advisory for privately held companies and its stakeholders. Pramen serves as an advisor to an Advisory Board whose members consist of stakeholders and directors of privately held companies and is actively engaged in assisting International companies establishing businesses in Canada.

 

Whether a start up business, the development of cash management tools, presentation to lenders/investors, or arranging buy-sell agreements, his 'hands on' management consulting responsibilities has assisted clients in the development and performance of their business. Pramen's ability to understand lending criteria established by Canadian Chartered Banks has resulted in the successful placement of financing for privately held companies.

 

As a result of Pramen's extensive knowledge and training in accounting software and computer hardware, he has steered the planning and implementation of accounting information system for many of the firm's clients.  He is highly motivated to to enhance the clients' performance by using the latest technology.

 

An official fundraiser for Ride to Conquer Cancer program, Pramen continues to participate in social awareness programs.



 
Tax Services

Alpesh has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and a member of the Certified Public Accountants of New Jersey since 2002.

 

Alpesh is dedicated to understanding the needs of his clients and providing the best solutions. With over 10 years of experience in private and public practice, he is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to finding growth-oriented solutions for his clients.


Along with a strong background in accounting, audit, and tax services, he also provides knowledge US tax, US GAAP, Cross Border tax solutions and management consulting services.


As a result of Alpesh's extensive experience in the private industry, he is able to be a CFO's best friend. Whether it is the development of a business plans, cash management strategies, presentation to investors, 52-109 Compliance, preparing work papers or arranging financing, his 'hands on' management consulting responsibilities has assisted clients in the development and performance of their business.


 
Assurance & Financial Statement Preparation

Ajen has been a staff member with the firm since 1997 and is working towards the Chartered Accountant and Certified General Accountant designations.

 

His professional experience consists of audit, review, and compilation engagements, personal and corporate income tax and bookkeeping services. He also provides training and support of accounting software. Ajen also manages the recruiting and hiring of staff accountants.

 

Hammad has been a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2009. He has also passed his Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) examination and is currently meeting the experience requirement to obtain his designation.

 

His professional experience consists of audit, review, and compilation engagements, personal and corporate income tax services. He also participates in financial and management consulting services such as internal control reviews, financial due diligence, earnings and cash flow projections, budgets and business plans.

 

He has an extensive background as an analyst in a large organization where he performed internal control reviews and maintained the activity based costing models.

 



 
Information Technology Automation Services

Nav has been a staff member with the firm since 2000 with a diverse background in information technology. His duties consist of web page management and design, network support and administration, support of accounting software, accounting information systems integration, financial statement preparation & bookkeeping services.



 
Business & Administrative

Neiva joined our firm in May 2003. Her duties include assisting with financial statement preparation, bookkeeping services, and general administration.



 
Bookkeeping, Compilation & Interim Reporting Services

Liliane has been a staff member with the firm since May 2004. She has completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and has an extensive background in cost, budget control and project management. Her professional experience consists of financial statement preparation & bookkeeping services and general administration.

 

Charlene is a UFE graduate and is expected to become a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants by next year. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (accounting specialization) from the University of Guelph.

 

Her professional experience consists of financial statement preparation & bookkeeping services.

 

Peyman joined our firm in April 2007. He is presently a student at Seneca College and pursuing his accounting and finance diploma. His duties include assisting with financial statement preparation, bookkeeping services, and general administration.

 

Phil joined our firm in January 2009. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce (accounting major) from Ryerson University. His professional experience consists of financial statement preparation & bookkeeping services. He will be pursuing his CA designation in 2010.
