Pramen has been a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1995 and the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario since 1992. He has over 20 years of experience in public accountancy. Along with traditional accounting, audit, and tax services, he also provides computer and management consulting services.

As a result of Pramen's extensive knowledge and training in accounting software and computer hardware, he has steered the planning and implementation of accounting information system for many of the firm's clients. Such software includes, Great Plains Dynamics, ACCPAC, Simply & Quickbooks®.

Whether a start up business, the development of cash management tools, presentation to lenders/investors, or arranging buy-sell agreements, his 'hands on' management consulting responsibilities has assisted clients in the development and performance of their business.


Ajen has been a staff member with the firm since 1997 and is working towards the Chartered Accountant designation. His professional experience consists of audit, review engagements, compilation engagements and bookkeeping services. He also provides training and support of accounting software.

Alpesh joined our firm in May 2008. Alpesh has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario since 1999 and a member of the Certified Public Accountants of New Jersey since 2002.

With 10 years of experience in private and public practice, he is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to finding growth-oriented solutions for his clients.

Along with a strong background in accounting, audit, and tax services, he also provides knowledge US tax, US GAAP, Cross Border tax solutions and management consulting services.

As a result of Alpesh's extensive experience in the private industry, he is able to be a CFO's best friend. Whether it is the development of a business plans, cash management strategies, presentation to investors, 52-109 Compliance, preparing work papers or arranging financing, his 'hands on' management consulting responsibilities has assisted clients in the development and performance of their business.

Nav has been a staff member with the firm since 2000 with a diverse background in information technology. His duties consist of web page management and design, network support and administration, support of accounting software, accounting information systems integration, financial statement preparation & bookkeeping services.

Neiva joined our firm in May 2003. Her duties include assisting with financial statement preparation, bookkeeping services, and general administration.

Liliane has been a staff member with the firm since May 2004. She has completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and has an extensive background in cost, budget control and project management. Her professional experience consists of financial statement preparation & bookkeeping services and general administration.

Hammad joined our firm in February 2007. He has recently completed a degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Ryerson University. He has an extensive background as an analyst in a large organization where he performed internal control reviews and maintained the activity based costing models. His professional experience consists of audit, review and compilation engagements. He is presently pursuing his C.A. designation.

Peyman joined our firm in April 2007. He is presently a student at Seneca College and pursuing his accounting and finance diploma. His duties include assisting with financial statement preparation, bookkeeping services, and general administration.

Charlene joined our firm in August 2007. She has recently completed her degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (accounting specialization) from the University of Guelph. Her professional experience consists of financial statement preparation & bookkeeping services.
